These flowers bloom every june about the time it's really getting hot here. I thought the stamen looked an awful lot like matches and I wanted them a little overexposed to get this across. The smoke and color just say I'm on fire. I hate the summer.

Being British is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV.

I love how the smoke and the flower itself seem to glow. Looks amazing to say the least. The neutral background really sets everything off.
I really can't pick any faults in this. It's just too perfect, from the lighting to the composition. Excellent photography
